At Holding Court we understand that all teams and their requirements are different, which is why we have developed a range of membership levels to suit each and every coach.

Each membership level differs in content, ranging from the very basic for the beginner coach to the more advanced, which incorporates some of the skills and drills practiced by the very elite teams.

All levels of membership will, however, be lucky enough to have access to some of the 'off court' components of the game too. Once a member, Holding Court subscrbers will also be able to read all about the latest in recovery, nutrition and fitness training for netball as well as keeping a finger on the pulse of all things netball with 'Cath Chat'. Updated weekly 'Cath Chat' gives you an insight into some of the roles, responsibilities and commitments of an elite netballer.
